4265	Support for styles as string and not only external css file in panel plugin	Jon Håvard Gundersen		"Today it is possible to send css files as an array in the definition given to CKEDITOR.ui.panel constructor. 

In my case it would be very nice if I could send the style as a string since the css is already loaded on the page and it is calculated by php so the file is not cached by the browser.
