Summary:
When adding images to an article, using FCKeditor 2.6.4 the image is placed always on the top of the article. It is the same where the cursor is placed... It can be repositioned by drag and drop, but this is difficult for some useres.

Repoduction:
Place the cursor somwhere in the article, add an image, this is in our case placed on the top of the article.
