This appeared to have been fixed with ticket 202 (http://dev.fckeditor.net/ticket/202), but it still occurs in 2.4.2

This is easily repeatable in wysiwyg mode using the demo page in IE6 as follows:
Enter an <hr> using toolbar. Hit enter. type some text.  The resulting (x)html is invalid.
