The editor is great, and has a lot of features.
But first-time users might be intimidated by all the
features.

Maybe it is possible to use 2 Toolbarsets, Basic and
Advanced.
If you click the Collapse/Expand button, the toolbar
could switch from Basic to Advanced.

This way the new users could start with a simple
toolbar, and the experienced user can expand the
toolbar and have all the available options.
