7753	Provide custom toolbar labels without modifying CKEDITOR.lang.toolbarGroupss	Damian		"Including custom toolbar labels requires adding items to CKEDITOR.lang.toolbarGroups. It would be very useful if the toolbar definition could also accept other label names. 

We'd like to use something like CKEDITOR.lang.something.toolbars instead. Then we'd provide the toolbar name in the definition as :

  name : 'something.toolbars.label1' ....
}}}

If the name provided for the label doesn't match the CKEDITOR.lang.toolbargroups object, CKEditor would search the key from CKEDITOR.lang.
