792	Turkish Char Problem	anonymous		"When fckeditor.asp is included (and even if you dont create an instance),
it replaces Turkish chars which are retrieved from database with some
unicode chars.. And The solution is adding <%Session.CodePage=""1254""%> line
before including fckeditor.asp
