2.create a link,chose 'link to anchor in the text' in link type drop-down list, then choose anchor 'test1' just created.

it will create a link like this
<a href=""#test1"" target=""_blank"">text</a>

need ability to change the 'target' in the link info tab,such as '_blank','_self','_parent' or remove the target attribute.
