Extra Divs on every new instance of CKEditor

Whenever I create an instance of CKEditor, the editor adds an opening and closing div tag in the content .

Have you been able to reproduce this issue outside of your application?

Have you tried to use clean JS CKEditor/ PHP integration or whatever CKEditor you are using? I'm asking because this might be some custom configuration settings error, custom plugin error, your web application settings error and not CKEditor's.

Also in which browser does the issue occur and what version of CKEditor are you using?
