To reproduce:
1. Go to CKEditor demo
2. Put the cursor below the picture, next to {{{^When the girl arrives}}}
3. Press Enter 5 times.
4 Press undo 5 times
**Result:**
Cursor jumps up and down and after 5th undo there is still a gap.

Issue has been reproducible from CKEditro 3.6.2 rev [7229]
