Instructions to reproduce:
1) visit www.fckeditor.net/demo
2) select the 'This' text at the beginning of the document
3) select 'Heading 3' from the Format dropdown in the toolbar

Instead of just the 'This' text being formatted for Heading 3, the entire document is affected.
