Latest version of Google Chrome has problem with correct rendering of image dialog. Other dialog windows may also be affected.

This is a WebKit bug. I've opened a ticket here:
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110868
I created a reduced test case for it (attachment:10123_TC.html). I was able to confirm the issue with both Chrome 25.0.1364.99 and Safari 6.0.2 (8536.26.17).

I suggest a fix in t/10123 that seems to solve the problem and not to destroy other dialogs in v<=25. Careful testing is recommended.
