Description
Go to Ck Editor online Demo page on Chrome browser> Click on Full Featured> Click on Size (Font Size) menu.
Font Size dropdown with its items will go on page top.

Problem can be reproduced in Webkit from CKEditor 4.1.2.
Page needs to have scroll bar. Next all you have to do is opening one of dropdowns. Page will scroll so that dropdown is like in the middle of the viewport.
