I was keeping this ticket in 4.5.0 as long as possible, but I'm sure now that we'll not be able to work on it. More details about the reasons and possible workaround in http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28722121/ckeditor-how-to-use-the-advanced-content-filter-and-widgets-together-in-2-edit

This ticket is related to ACF on which we'll work in 4.4 and it will also require changes which should not be made in minor release.
