Issue found in IE11 and IE9

Description
Insert Image does not work. Click thru:
- Click Image icon.
- Click Browse Server
- Click Browse again
- Select any image file and click Open.
- Click Submit on the pop-up. The pop-up remains - nothing happens.
I have to click the X to close the pop-up. Now I'm back on the Image Properties window.
From here, none of the buttons work to close the window - OK doesn't work. Cancel doesn't work. The X in the top, right doesn't work. I have to close the entire browser to get off the page.

Support for IE11 was introduced in CKEditor 4.3. Older editor versions won't work with IE11.
I have checked this TC for native IE9 and didn't get this problem. I think that you have some error in your configuration, you have some third-party plugins in IE9 or CKEditor that cause this or you simply don't test this issue in native IE9.
One thing is for sure - this issue doesn't happen in fresh CKEditor 3.x or 4.x and native IE9.
I'm closing this issue as I think it is invalid but please provide more details allowing reproducing this problem and I will reconsider reopening this ticket.
NOTE: 'Click Browse again' - after clicking Browse Server button there is no way to click browse again. CKFinder pops out and no browse button is available there.
