Missing words while copy/paste from word

There are missing words after I copy paste text from this word document. Demo page on your site has same problem. I tried all config options starting with "pasteFromWord..." no luck. Check attached file, copy paste text to editor, you'll see there are missing words in second paragraph.

I was able to reproduce this issue from CKEditor 4.0.1

In second paragraph there are words Karakaya, geleceğin internette olduğuna and in editor this is pasted as Karakaya, olduğuna . As you can see two middle words are missing.

Browser sees this as:

Karakaya, <span style="color:#0D0D0D;background:white">geleceğin internette</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;
color:#0D0D0D;background:white" lang="TR"> </span><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;
color:#0D0D0D" lang="TR">olduğuna

As you can see two middle words are inside span and for some reason they are removed from CKEditor 4.0.1.
