Description
When copying formatted text from Word into en editor in Firefox the formatting is not stripped even though config.forcePasteAsPlainText = true
In IE 9 and higher, and Chrome the functionality is correct.

I have just tried pasting formatted text from word with this option turned on and it worked without problems.
Please provide document that is causing problems for you and describe in plain steps by step scenario what you do to get this buggy result.
Please note that you have to be able to reproduce this problem in fresh standalone CKEditor that is located outside of your application. This is needed to make sure that code (custom js but also core code modifications or third-party plugins) in your application doesn't influence this behaviour.

Did fresh install and the option 'forcePasteAsPlainText' works. It is probably a bug in my own code.

Also text copied from html is stripped, so that functionality is correct as well.
