Dialogs : form elements are not rendering correctly

Description
I've just upgraded to the latest version of CKEditor (4.4.1) and one thing I've noticed is that the dialogs are now displaying all form elements in rather messy way. Please see the attached image.
Any idea how to fix it?

Please try here: http://ckeditor.4businessdesign.co.uk/ - it's a plane CKEditor without any extra files. I tried it in Firefox 29.0.1, Chrome 37.0.2008.2 and Safari 7.0.4 on the Mac.
Your link seem to load the dialogs just fine, but the freshly downloaded version of CKEditor doesn't seem to work for me - could you please check and let me know?

It's pbckcode plugin's fault. The wrong styles are in this file: https://github.com/prbaron/pbckcode/blob/master/dialogs/style.css
This is not an official plugin. You need to report this issue to its author.
I can't reproduce this on http://ckeditor.com/demo
