Dialog blind is left behind when editor is destroyed

Description
To reproduce:
- Open editor, open image edit popup
- External .destroy()
Result: dialog is cleaned up, but the background overlay is left behind.

Problem can be reproduced in every browser from CKEditor 4.0 beta (works fine in CKEditor 3.x)
