Description
Reproduction steps {using Chrome Version 37.0.2062.124 m (64-bit)}
- Go to CK Editor demo page
- Select Inline editing
- Select all the text in one of the editor boxes and delete it (ctrl+A and then DEL).
- Switch to Right to Left editing (ctrl + right shift)
- Insert Bulleted list
- Insert Numbered list
Result: browser is stuck!

It doesn't look like related to me. I would rather say that this is another Chrome 64bit's crash. There were many similar problems with the new 64bit version of Chrome.

The only difference is that I haven't managed to hang browser tab #12484
