When Right Click, scrolling to Top of editor page in IE Browser

Dear Team,

I found this issue in CKEDITOR Standard editorby IE Browser,

Please give an way to fix this issue...

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Left or Right click in editor page after few lines scroll
2. click outside of editor
3. Then, right click in editor page, it is scrolling automatically to top of editor page

Note: 2 Elementpath taking, 1 is first time click, another one second time click

I have checked your TC but from what I have seen editor scrolls to the top and then comes back to place where you have right-clicked. @chandran is this the issue you are having _{(if yes, it has first occurred in CKE 4.0 beta in all versions of IE and #8861 may be related)?}

Note: 2 Elementpath taking, 1 is first time click, another one second time click

Could you explain this note in more detail?

Not sure if it is related but we are seeing a similar issue on Edge. #14556
