Units label styling in Cell Properties dialog

Description

Steps to reproduce

Add a table to the editor.
Open the Cell Properties dialog for a cell.
'pixels' label next to Height input is misaligned and un-styled.

Expected result

I would expect it to look like any other field in a dialog that has a value which cannot be configured and therefore it should be disabled.

Issue can be reproduced from CKEditor 3.0.1 in all browsers.
