Steps to reproduce

  1. Having CKEditor being loaded in a custom console component in salesforce

Expected result

instanceReady event should be received

Actual result

instanceReady event is not being fired

Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

IE9,10,11

I'm sorry but we don't support this environment.
CKEditor works very well in browsers you have mentioned. Perhaps it is that component that should be adjusted on these browsers.
