Description
Steps to reproduce
- Open manual test: http://tests.ckeditor.dev:10455/tests/tickets/13771/2
- Select the text in the inline editor and try to change it's font/size/style.
Expected result
Font/size/style changes.
Actual result
When selecting a font/size/style the selection disappears.
Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

I have been able to reproduce this issue from CKEditor 4.3. Before that version dropdowns were immediately closed after opening.
Important: For me it was not possible to assign inline styles only. I had no problems assigning Block Level styles.
