Description
Steps to reproduce
- create the editor in a website
- click on the Horizontal line button or attempt to BOLD text
Expected result
Horizontal line should be inserted, or text should become bold
Actual result
No result as if no action has been taken
Other details (browser, OS, CKEditor version, installed plugins)

We have checked this issue on two different machines but haven't been able to reproduce it.
Are you able to reproduce it in demo page or inside default standalone CKEditor (just CKEditor put on your server as standalone app) or this problem can be reproduced only when CKEditor is inside your application (in this case third party script or third-party plugin may be responsible)?
If you can see this issue in demo page, please provide your Edge version, and more details steps or screen cast showing how to reproduce the problem.
