Description
Steps to reproduce
- paste the Data link escape - ASCII CODE 16 in the paste from word button (http://www.theasciicode.com.ar/ascii-control-characters/data-link-escape-ascii-code-16.html)
Expected result
The ASCII character should be removed.
Actual result
It remains.

I don't understand why should this character be removed since it is a character?
Could you provide detailed steps (or a screen cast) to reproduce this issue and tell me what problem does this character cause?
At the moment tt looks to me like this is some very specific request which could be handled by custom paste filter.
