AVT: No info about applied text/background colour to normal/JAWS users in Colour options list box

Description
Steps to reproduce
- Open http://nightly.ckeditor.com/16-01-22-07-07/full/samples/
- Apply text colour ( ex: red) to text
- Keep cursor in the text that has text colour applied and open Text Colour list box
Expected result
Red colour is shown as selected in Colour options list box.
Actual result
Red colour not shown as selected & user has no info which colour aplied. Same issue with Background colour. This is AVT violation.

Except that time #8519 this plugin has never worked as described.
This bug report is a little bit related to feature request #6749. The former mentions ability to show current color in the toolbar and apply the color from toolbar level (there is even patch attached). Perhaps the same color sniffing could be used for both features.
