Constant "database is locked" error on the dev site

The dev site (Trac) is throwing "database is locked" errors constantly, no matter the site load.

When this error happens, the page has to be refreshed several times until it works.

We are working with our Trac provider on moving our Trac DB from SQLite to PostgreSQL. He's finding some problems with the migration scripts and are trying to find some help from the Trac community and Python developers.

Hopefully everything will be stable again soon.

The migration to PostgreSQL has been completed today. This error should not anymore trouble us.
