[FF] Table selection rectangle doesn't update

Description
When you change the width of a selected table via the table-properties dialog, the selection rectangle doesn't get updated to the new width of the table.

Confirmed using FCKeditor 2.6.2 and the latest SVN in FF2 and FF3
This bug is strongly related to #2152.
