SpellChecker.net spell check problem on slow connections

Description
On slow connections (modem 28.8k), SpellChecker.net window show the message "The SpellChecker Service is currently unavailable." and then SpellChecker loads and start working correctly.
The message should not appear for the reasonable amount of time.
