Flash, Textarea and Select box dialog boxes have scrollbars in IE quirks mode.

Description

To reproduce:

  1. Remove the doctype line from sample.html.
  2. Open replacebyclass.html in IE.
  3. Open any of the three above mentioned dialogs.

Changes to _samples/sample.html have been mistakenly added to the patch. That's of the the rest, at least for now.
