Werd character at the beginning of files

Description

I have downloaded the 2.4.1 version of FCKEditor (ZIP archive). I have noticed that every file has 3 weird characters at the beginning of it

ASCII 239 ASCII 187 ASCII 191

and this cause problems with scripts (PHP), for example when using sessions.
