Translation updates for germany (de)

I also translated the names of the colors in the color section. I am sure most germans do not understand some of the names used there. If for some reason the original names have to be there, simply overwrite the section with the original one

For language changes, the usual behavior is to just provide the whole file. If you require to install svn for this kind of patch, you are raising the bar for collaborators too high. Right now they just need a plain text editor, English knowledge and willingness to help, and as you can see by the number of non-updated files and strings, that's already hard to get.
