Not possible to translate colors

Description

Apply this patch: ​http://dev.fckeditor.net/attachment/ticket/4104/4104.patch and run langTool.

Result: Colors are restored to English.

Reason: colors in en.js file don't have " MISSING".

Correction: Not in en.js but in all other language files.
