IE6 : Ok and Cancel buttons are not working on v2 and office2003 skins

Description

With IE6 and the v2 and office2003 skins, the Ok and Cancel buttons are not working on the dialogs.

It's also partially reproducable on Kama/FF3, where bottom part of the button is not clickable.
