LangTool injects old copyright

Description
The copyright header introduced by the LangTool in the _translationstatus.txt file needs to be updated, otherwise it fires unnecessary and wrong changes to it.
Ideally the current year should be used on it, automatically.

Copyrights were updated with [4855], however the jar file has not been recreated. Updated binary files with [4879].
Leaving as opened to always use current year in the copyright header.
