Arrow to show sub menus is not visible in HC mode

Description
When using the editor in HC mode, the arrow in the context menu is not displayed.

The patch is missing the changes for the other skins.
Ops... true. The new patch changes all skins.
Besides that, I'm not able to test it properly, I don't see any changes in the interface of CKEditor if I set the Windows appearance to "windows classic & High Contrast #1" Is there something else required to test it the right way?
First, you must be sure you're enabling high contrast in the OS. On Windows, you can switch it with SHIFT+ALT+PRINT_SCREEN. Then, you need to refresh the browser. HC is enabled by a detection procedure in the editor startup, so it doesn't change dynamically at runtime.
