IE: Page scrolls when leaving the editor

With IE:
- Create a page were it's possible to scroll to hide the editor.
- Make a selection in the editor, or simply put the caret on it.
- Scroll down so the editor is hidden.
- Click on the page.
The page will scroll up to put the selection in the editor before losing it to the clicked target.

Confirmed on trunk. Works well with IE8 mode... reproducible in compatibility mode.
