In Google Chrome, open CKEditor ​http://nightly.ckeditor.com/5845/_samples/ui_languages.html
Set Polish language Open Add table dialog

Two scrollbars are visible.

In the same window, opened in Firefox, one letter is placed on border of dialog window.

While I agree that dialogs should resize to fit their content when needed (easy to say), in this specific case we already have plenty of space there. I think we must also have good translations, and maybe it would be possible to reduce the text size of those labels in the Polish file, don't you think?

Can you try applying the patch provided under bug #6076. See what the result of that patch is. I think this bug might be a dup of the issue reported there, but not sure (Sorry I'm on a public computer so I can't test it myself)

I applied the patch, but without positive result. @Fredck: Shortening of polish translation should work ok.

Now we have Margines wewnętrzny komórek, it could be Marginesy komórek
