Enforce compression thorugh htaccess

Description

The following article describes the problem and the solution:

We could check if it's possible to do any enhancement in this sense into our htaccess file.

Do we have any htaccess file? IMO developer who is integrating CKEditor with his system should take care of setting correct compression settings.
