Important: we decided not to transfer all the tickets to GitHub, as many of them are not reproducible anymore or simply no longer requested by the community.

IE: Link target field is not populated properly when no target is set

Description

Create a link (target should be <not set> at this point).
Right click on it -> Link properties -> Target

Note that the field is blank.
