BIDI: Safari: Dialog drop down list items are left aligned in RTL languages

Steps to reproduce the defect:

1. Open the languages sample in Safari.

2. Open the Flash dialog.

3. Click on the properties tab.

4. Click on any of the drop down lists.

Result: You can see that the items in the drop down lists are left aligned (see screenshot). The drop down list items should be right aligned.
