Norwegian (no & nb) language updates for CKEditor 3.6.1

Description

I've translated all the missing entries from the nb.js and no.js language files. I also added the change from ​changeset 7025.

I've attached the updated language files and patch files.

I was unable to attach the language files because they were flagged as spam by Akismet. Hopefully the patch files are enough.

They should be enough. But if you want to send those language files than zip archive should pass.
