Description
I want to add list-style-image at <ul> tag. How I will add this?

This requires having images in a place available to CKEditor and CSS changes (see links below). If you want to make it available from dialog you will have to write your won plugin - http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Tutorials
