[IE7] Black page mask flicks when opening dialog

Description

Open any dialog the first time, on IE7.
Note that there's a while of black-out until the dialog shows up.

Moved out of v4 as it occurs only for a moment (caused by calling the page hide), and looks like a browser rendering bug with no easy fix.

I can confirm this happening only in CKEditor 4.x (v4) and only in IE7.
