I pushed t/9655 (git:9af5fff).
It includes fixes for most disturbing bugs. I haven't reached the same level of quality in QM as Kama skin, but editor can be used by people less sensitive to 1px bugs :).

The level of experience is acceptable and relevant to the popularity of QM.

@Jakub Can this get targeted to 4.0.1? It's a blocker for our transition to 4.0. (Which looks really great, incidentally!)
