Description
Kudos to Anna and Olek.
When there is an anchore in the content, CKEditor requests the following image: /ckcke_contents_ltr0421/full/plugins/link/images/anchor.png?t=D8AD, assumming that CKeditor is located in "/ck 421/full/"on the server.
Confirmed in 4.2.1 and 4.3 Beta. Did not check earlier versions.
