Description
- Open CKE in Safari.
- Select some rich text.
- Press
cmd+shift+v.
Expected
Plain text gets pasted.
Actual
Nothing happens.
Other remarks
While fixing it's important to remember that notification visible after clicking paste as plain text button in the toolbar, should reflect the fix. I'm talking about hotkey.
It's a follow up from #16954.
No need to create changelog entry, as this feature has not been published yet.
