inproperly pasting table from excel in IE9 — at Initial Version

Description ¶

Using excel file from #6465, copy table to clipboard

open CKEditor under IE9
paste using either toolbar button or context menu

Expected result:
Selected content is pasted as table.

Actual result:
Lots of empty lines are added above pasted table
