Paste special does not correctly paste formatted WordPad text. — at Initial Version

Description
- Create some formatted text in Wordpad, adding bullets, changing font sizes and colors.
- Copy the text .
- In the editor, select Paste special and paste in the Wordpad text.
- Formatting has not been preserved.
- Click OK and text was pasted as simply plain text.
