Seems like it is happening only on those machines where "Allow paste operation via script" is disabled in internet explorer security zones. But interestingly enough, the fckeditor version 2.0 cut, copy, paste functions are still working even "Allow paste operation via script" is disabled. Unfortunately, I cannot change the security settings on affected browsers because security setting buttons are disabled via Group Policy in Active directory. Is there any work around to use cut, copy, paste functions even if "Allow paste operation via script" is disabled?
Looking forward to see your response. Thank you.

Confirmed with IE6 and "Allow paste operation via script" disabled.
There is no workaround for it, for now.
